Welcome to iTrade@iHsueh ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using iTrade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

iTrade provides a cryptocurrency trading platform that allows users to:

Connect to multiple cryptocurrency exchanges via API keys
Monitor real-time market data and portfolio performance
Create and manage automated trading strategies
Execute trades across supported exchanges
View historical trading data and analytics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using iTrade, you represent and warrant that:

You are of legal age to form a binding contract
You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
You comply with all cryptocurrency trading regulations in your jurisdiction

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

⚠️ Security Warning: Never share your iTrade account credentials or exchange API keys with anyone. We will never ask for your private keys or withdrawal permissions.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. By using iTrade, you acknowledge that:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
You may lose some or all of your invested capital
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Automated trading strategies do not guarantee profits
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose

6. API Keys and Exchange Integration

When you connect exchange accounts to iTrade:

API Key Security: Your API keys are stored securely and used only to execute your intended trades and retrieve account data
Permissions: We recommend restricting API keys to "Read" and "Trade" permissions only. Never enable "Withdraw" permissions
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your API keys and monitoring trading activity on your exchange accounts
Revocation: You may revoke API access at any time through your exchange account settings

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Monitor your trading strategies and adjust them as market conditions change
Verify all trades executed through the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by iTrade@iHsueh and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission
Reverse engineer or decompile the application
Use our trademarks or branding without written consent

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
Trading strategies will be profitable or perform as expected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITRADE@IHSUEH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Any trading losses or investment losses
Any damages resulting from exchange outages, API failures, or network issues
Any unauthorized access to your account or API keys

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iTrade@iHsueh and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your trading activities and decisions

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
Change these Terms at any time (we will notify you of material changes)
Terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
Refuse service to anyone for any reason

13. Third-Party Services

iTrade integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. We are not responsible for:

The availability or performance of third-party exchange services
Any fees charged by exchanges
Any changes to exchange APIs or policies
Any losses due to exchange outages, hacks, or security breaches

14. Data and Analytics

We may collect and analyze usage data to improve the Service. This data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and analysis.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation between the parties
Binding arbitration if negotiation fails

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
